Initial Consultation + Lab Panel

Your first visit is a comprehensive deep dive into your health.
 

Includes:
 

• 60-minute 1:1 virtual consultation at $200

• Full health history review

• Personalized treatment plan

• Foundational lab panel (ordered through Fullscript)
   

Additional Details:
 

• Labs are paid for by the patient through fullscript - generally ~$120 but patients may request additional/specialty labs at this time.

• Blood draw completed at Quest Diagnostics (~$10 fee paid directly to lab)

• At home mobile blood draws are available when checking out on Fullscript - ($85)

Follow-up Visits

Ongoing care is where real healing happens. These sessions allow us to refine your plan, review labs, and support your progress.
 

Check-Ins — based on time with Dr Trinka.
 

• 1-10-minute visit $100

• 11-20-minute visit $200

• 21-30 minute visit $300

• Routine checks are for lab reviews, protocol changes, and support

Labs & Supplements

• Labs are ordered through Fullscript and paid for directly by the patient

• Blood draw services are paid for by patient on Fullscript and are completed at Quest Diagnostics (~$10 fee)

• Specialty labs may be ordered and are usually sent to the patient’s houses.

Payment

• Payment is collected at the time of service via secure, HIPAA-compliant systems

• HSA/FSA cards are accepted

Insurance & Superbills

We do not bill insurance directly.
 

However, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
